Delivery Within Greece:

The delivery of the products within Greece is carried out by ELTA courier.

The estimated delivery time is from 4 to 10 working days ! The time is determined by the product code, for example if the product code is ready for delivery the delivery is immediate within 4 working days ! Due to the fact that the clothes are made from scratch if the product code is not ready for delivery and has to be sewn from scratch the waiting time can be up to 10 working days. The customer is informed by email about the waiting time when the order is completed! For more information you can call our customer service for more information !
 

The cost of transport is 5€. However, for orders over 70€, shipping is FREE.

Delivery Abroad:

For orders outside Greece, delivery is made within 30 days. Please contact our customer service for more details.

Return of Products:

We recommend that you read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing in order to avoid any issues. In the event of a company error in shipping or receipt of a defective product, all costs are the responsibility of the company.

Product Change:

For any change, please contact us to arrange the change process. In case this is due to the customer's wish for personal reasons, there is a charge of 5€ for shipping costs via ELTA courier. Conversely, if the change occurs due to a company error, there is no charge.

Refund:

In case of a refund, the shipping costs are also at your own expense. The money will be returned to the same bank account where the deposit was made, within 2 working days.
